The amount of work I’ve put in over the last couple of weeks has been quite scary, but at last I have the game at a Beta stage. In order to take a little break (of sorts) I’ve created a demo of the first part of the game. For those who are interested, you can …
I’m getting pretty excited. I have the last couple of puzzles to implement and then I’ll be ready for beta testing and polishing. Hopefully, everything I’ve done in the last few days will work properly – I have yet to test it all as it takes so long to do so. Every time I make …
I was contacted by a very enthusiastic person from Portugal who wanted a drawing of Scout. I created the drawing you see here and sent him the original as well as a high quality print of the coloured version, for which he was very grateful. If anyone else has any requests for specifically created drawings …
(I would have linked to the original article but the site seems to be down.) Eurogamer has a piece reporting on an article by David A. Rodriguez in which he “explains” why bad games are that way. Having just read this item over at the MCV site, it seems to me that Sony are unconsciously helping me to achieve my goal of selling my games directly to the public. Not content with putting the price of the PS3 at a point that will discourage general sales of the console, they plan to …
I just read the Eurogamer review of Dreamfall in which the reviewer gave a score of only 5/10 based on the poor quality of the gameplay. Now, I’ve seen other reviews give the game a good score because of the story, but that feels a little wrong to me. I know that a game is …
The German gaming site, Adventure-Treff has just posted a preview article of the game here. Needless to say, it’s in German. 🙂
Over at Eurogamer, this recently posted piece made me smile. The idea that Sony is copying features from the other consoles makes me wonder if a kind of plateau is being reached. Concentrate on fun gameplay, please.
