Hey Steve o/ It's quite exciting to see a new strip here. I exhausted the archives of the defunct strips years ago it feel like.
Right away I can say that I enjoy the greyscale palette, which further removes it from Mr. Smoozles. It will take a few strips to get into of course, but this debut intrigues.
One question- how do you say the title out loud? I am inclined to say "Point Five C". What does it mean?
Hi Kenneth,
Thanks for taking the time to post a comment and for the kind words.
Yes, it will take a little while to get into a stride, but I hope that it reaches that stride pretty quickly. The monochrome feel was precisely to give it more distinction from my other stuff, which has always had a tendency towards the very colourful.
I think of the title being pronouced "nought point five C" but your way is perfectly fine - it's just a matter of personal preference. I had hoped that the meaning came from this first strip as it means half a century, the approximate age of the characters. :)
