{"id":1136,"date":"2012-07-09T18:30:59","date_gmt":"2012-07-09T18:30:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.steve-ince.co.uk\/blog\/?p=1136"},"modified":"2012-07-09T18:30:59","modified_gmt":"2012-07-09T18:30:59","slug":"the-blog-is-back","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.steve-ince.co.uk\/blog\/2012\/07\/09\/the-blog-is-back\/","title":{"rendered":"The blog is back"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If any of you tried to come here over the last couple of weeks you&#8217;ll have noticed the blog was down.\u00a0 This was due to\u00a0a problem with the database which even changing server didn&#8217;t fix.\u00a0 The tech guys at my hosting provider eventually tracked it down to some weirdness with the username.<\/p>\n<p>So, it&#8217;s back and a couple of\u00a0things have happened in the interim.<\/p>\n<p>The Sam Suede Kickstarter project was halted with the intention of re-grouping and devising plans for how to move forward with the game.<\/p>\n<p>I have created a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CarolinesSecret\">Facebook page<\/a> for my personal game project, Caroline&#8217;s Secret.\u00a0 The intention is to develop this over the next few months in my spare time.\u00a0 It&#8217;s an extension of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.steve-ince.co.uk\/nowhere\/nowhere.html\">Story to Nowhere<\/a> idea, which I&#8217;ve wanted to\u00a0make a game of for some time.\u00a0 I shall post more development details here soon.<\/p>\n<p>Take care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If any of you tried to come here over the last couple of weeks you&#8217;ll have noticed the blog was down.\u00a0 This was due to\u00a0a problem with the database which even changing server didn&#8217;t fix.\u00a0 The tech guys at my hosting provider eventually tracked it down to some weirdness with the username.
